I am developer and I am writing an Windows .NET application to play FLV files by launching your application. I am basically building a program that can build a playlist and then launch your player. However, I cannot "kill" your process after the video is done. Can you add a command line argument that I could pass to you program that would cause your player to close after the video is done playing. Maybe "/autoclose ?

Greetings Mr. Martijn:

I want to go back to a question that Andreas had...

What is the CPU requirements for usage of your FLV Player? I have two older computers that run Windows XP Pro, and my task manager shows that my CPU usage totally maxes out when I play any .flv files in this player. I am only running a 1GHz processor with 768 MB of RAM. If your FLV player requires more RAM and processor than that, I wish that you could or would design a version that was not so CPU and RAM intensive. Or, do you have older, less intensive versions of your FLV Player available for older systems? I can't seem to find them on your website.

It sort of makes me sick nowadays with what direction that MicroSlop is taking Windows in; that is, with more and more system requirements, thereby literally forcing computer users to throw away their older systems just to keep up with the Jone's (and Gate's) at MicroSloth.

So much for all the statements & ideals of "Green culture/Green societies/etc"...

I think that it is insane that new software practices and manufacturers are requiring the rest of us human beings in the world to throw away our machines the moment that they are over 15 minutes old, "Andy-Warhol-Standard-Time".

I have a great [old] computer that would continue to work well for another 50 years or so, IF those mindless twits at MicroSilly were mindful that it is insane to design new OS's that require the power of the a thermonuclear device to run them! What the hell are those folks thinking at MicroSleep anyway?

However, on a "more pleasant note", Martijn, I have been using your FANTASTIC FLV Player for some time now, and I really LOVE IT! Overall, I think your product is GREAT! (I just wish that it did not use so much RAM and CPU power.)

Thanx!

Thanks for this great program:

Here are 2 suggestions:

add 2 command lines options switch:

- Start player in fullscreen (/full)
- Close player after video is finished playing (/quit)

Is there anyway the video can use hardware video overlay with an option?

Thanks
