I just released FLV Player 2.0, build 25. In this version I have added a ‘video-only mode’ (toggle on/off with [tab]). This allows you to view a video without visible UI components. While in video-only mode, you can still drag the video around. Another addition is the ability to change the volume with [arrow-up] and [arrow-down].

Looking for FLV Player bèta testers

I am looking for people who’d like to bèta test an upcoming version of FLV Player. This new version has full screen mode (finally!), metadata inspection, a brand new look and all logic has been completely rewritten. Mostly because of that last fact, rewritten code, I would very much like to have some users testdrive this new version before it gets released.

FLV Player has been updated to version 1.02 to incorporate some improvements. I added two new features: you can now right-click the video that’s playing to get some details about it (dimensions, length) and the player now remembers it’s last position on the screen.
